This 1998 Fender American Nashville B-Bender Telecaster features an Alder body with black finish, perloid pickguard, Maple neck and factory installed B-Bender! Guitar has a few scratches on the body but overall is still in excellent condition. The frets are in perfect shape and it plays cleanly and easily up and down the neck with no buzzes or issues. The original pickups and controls work as they should and sound great. Guitar is completely stock and comes in the Fender hardshell case.
The Guitar differs from a regular Telecaster not only due to the extra Texas Special Strat Pickup, which allows for 5 Swiching Positions and adds extra versatility.
The main eye- or should i say earcatcher is the original Fender B-Bender System which lets you bend the B string up to a whole step up by a pull on the front strap-pin. This effect is used often in country music to get lapsteel like sounds but could be used in any form of music to create that special sphere inbetween chords (to bend up from a minor to a major key for example..). Its up to your creativity what the Fender American Nashville B-Bender Telecaster can do :-)
