The Legendary Japanese Takamine Santa Fe 40 Series. ThisTakamine SF-40 Santa Fe is just Drop Dead Gorgeous With A Killer Sound! This popular Guitar is a favorite of those who prefer a gloss finish with their solid cedar tops and mahogany back and sides. It was hand crafted in the Takamine Japan Pro Shop. This guitar has a powerful full depth sound thanks to the solid cedar top and mahogany back and sides. The turquoise eagle 12th fret inlay pays homage to Takamine's legendary Sante Fe series.

This guitar is 25 years old and has some wear. There is a large gouge on the top, which has been repaired (see front photo). The guitar has been optimally setup in our workshop. Mechanically the guitar plays well and has no issues.
